The Anna style dress has the great characters on the front. I finished it off with a super full ruffle accented with pink ric rac to match the cat's collar. The back has a cute mouse applique .It ties at the back with a girlie grossgrain ribbon. The bright yellow hem is the perfect ending to this top.
It has been a VERY long time....
